Your privacy and its limits

No account is needed to report. A dropout report requires the child's name, last school and district, current district, and a safe guardian or school contact. If you report your own dropout, the child's name identifies you; other reporter details are optional. Other concerns require a school and district but not a child's name or contact. We will protect what you share and limit access to trained, authorised staff. We cannot promise complete secrecy. If a child is in serious or immediate danger, or the law requires action, authorised staff may share only information needed to protect the child. We will not automatically contact a parent, school or the person being reported.

Guardian and school contacts supplied for follow-up are stored separately from the reporter's contact. No message is sent automatically.
